Privacy policy
What we collect, why we need it, and how to get rid of it. We do not sell your data to anyone.

1. What we collect
- Your mobile number, to sign you in and to call you about a booking or an order.
- Your name and city, so the person calling knows who they are speaking to.
- An address, only if you ask for a home test drive, a home inspection or delivery.
- Identity and address documents, only when a sale or purchase requires them for the RC transfer.
- What you looked at cars viewed, saved and compared to make the site useful.
Saved cars, your compare set and your theme preference are stored in your browser, not on our servers, until you sign in.
2. Why we need it
To arrange test drives and inspections, to complete a sale or purchase, to transfer a registration, and to contact you about something you have started with us. That is the whole list.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing messages unless you switch them on in your notification settings.
4. How long we keep it
Identity and address documents are deleted once the registration transfer completes and the statutory retention period expires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Enquiry records are deleted after two years of inactivity.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it, except what we are legally required to keep.
- Stop contacting you.
