CARZ PRIME Retail Private Limited, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using this website or dealing with us.

You may browse, search, save cars, book test drives, request valuations and manage your account. You may not scrape the site, resell our listings or inspection reports, or attempt to interfere with it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

We try to describe every car accurately and we publish the full inspection report. Occasional errors happen; where a price or specification is obviously wrong we may correct it, and we will not hold you to an obvious mistake.

A listing is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Availability changes a car can be reserved or sold between you seeing it and contacting us.

Nothing on this website constitutes a purchase. Booking a test drive creates no obligation on either side. A sale is concluded only in person at one of our hubs, on the documents signed there.

Our seven-day return policy and one-year warranty apply as described on the returns and warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

An online valuation is an estimate based on what you tell us. It is not an offer. A binding offer is made only after our inspection, and it lapses on the date stated on it.

You confirm that you are entitled to sell the car, that you have disclosed any outstanding finance, and that the information you gave us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We never take payment through this website. Buyers pay at a hub. Sellers are paid by bank transfer to an account in their own name.

If you are asked to transfer money to us by any other route a payment link, a wallet, a third-party account it is not us. Contact a hub directly on a number listed on this site.

We are responsible for the condition of the cars we sell, as set out in the warranty and returns policies. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
