How it works
- Call the hub you bought from, any time within the window.
- Bring the car in, or ask us to collect it collection is transparent.
- We check the odometer and look it over for new damage. Takes about twenty minutes.
- The refund is initiated the same day.
You do not need a reason. “It is not for me” is a complete sentence.
The conditions
- Within 7 days of delivery, or 750 km driven, whichever is first.
- No new damage beyond the imperfections listed on the car page when you bought it.
- All documents and both keys returned, if you were given two.
- No modifications, and no accident during the window.
If there is new damage we will tell you what it costs to put right and deduct that, rather than refuse the return outright.
Full price back
The car price, RTO transfer fee and any service fee.
Insurance refunded
Pro rata by the insurer, usually within two weeks.
No restocking fee
We do not charge you for changing your mind.
Your refund
Money goes back the way it came bank transfer to the account it arrived from, usually within three working days. If you financed the car, we settle directly with the lender and close the loan.
If the RC transfer had already started, we reverse it. That takes a few weeks at the RTO and it is our job, not yours.
Why we offer it
Because it keeps us honest. A return costs us money refurbishment, transport, and a car that has to be re-listed so the cheapest thing we can do is describe every car accurately in the first place.
That is the same reason the inspection report shows the failures. The policy and the report are the same argument.
