Questions sellers ask
How accurate is the online price?
It is a range, not a promise. It is built from what your model actually fetches, adjusted for age, mileage, ownership and the condition you describe. The final offer comes after the inspection and usually lands within about 5% either way the gap is almost always something the inspection found that was not declared.
Is the inspection really transparent?
Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. You keep the report either way some people use it to sell privately, which is fine.
When do I get paid?
The same day we collect the car. The money goes to your bank account, not a wallet or a cheque, and we do not release the car for resale until you confirm it has landed.
What if I still have a loan on the car?
Common, and not a problem. We settle the outstanding amount with your lender directly, collect the NOC, and transfer the balance to you. It does not reduce your offer.
Do you buy every car?
No. We do not take cars with chassis damage, flood history, or a disputed RC. If we cannot buy yours the inspector will tell you on the spot and explain why.
